Sales

Meet with homeowners, walk properties, build accurate estimates, and close projects for hardscaping and landscaping work across Hampton Roads.

What You'll Do

Run in-home and on-site consultations with prospective clients
Build proposals and follow up with leads from start to signed contract
Coordinate handoff to project managers and production crews
Hit monthly revenue targets

What We're Looking For

Sales experience (home services, construction, or landscaping a plus)
Strong communication and follow-up discipline
Valid driver's license and clean record

Own jobs from kickoff to final walkthrough — schedule crews, manage materials, keep clients informed, and deliver on quality and timeline.

What You'll Do

Schedule and lead crews on hardscape and landscape installs
Order and coordinate materials and equipment
Maintain daily communication with clients and the office
Enforce quality standards and safety on every job site

What We're Looking For

2+ years managing crews in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction
Comfortable reading plans and laying out hardscape projects
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Valid driver's license

Support our marketing across social, web, and local advertising. Capture content from job sites and help grow the Zero Trace brand.

What You'll Do

Shoot and edit photo/video content from active job sites
Schedule and post to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Help manage Google Business Profile, reviews, and local listings
Assist with email campaigns and seasonal promotions

What We're Looking For

Experience with social content creation and basic photo/video editing
Strong writing and organization
Willingness to spend time on real job sites capturing content

Skilled Laborer

Hands-on production work — hardscape installs, land clearing, planting, grading, and everything in between. We train hard workers who want to grow.

What You'll Do

Build paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls
Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator) once trained
Land clearing, grading, planting, and site cleanup
Show up on time and take pride in finished work

What We're Looking For

Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
Hardscape or landscape experience preferred, not required
Valid driver's license a plus
